The Importance Of Water Care
Using correct water care products and, of course, the correct amounts will make or break your hot tubbing or pool experience. The results of not using enough chemicals can be catastrophic not only for your tub or pool, but also the people who use it. After all, not only is it unpleasant to swim or soak in dirty water, it may also contain bacteria and organisms that can be harmful to the health of those who soak in it.
Hot Tub Water Care
How do you know whether to go with chlorine or bromine for your maintenance? If you forget to regularly add sanitizer to your hot tub or if you want to try and save a little money on maintenance, chlorine may be the way to go. However, if you have sensitive skin, bromine is the better choice, even if it is a little more expensive. Don’t get fooled by the chlorine myth, although it is sometimes useful, often it’s more valuable to use bromine.
Pool Water Care
Why is pool water care so important? It’s a question often overlooked, but one that should never be. If pool water is not balanced, it can be corrosive and scaling, more so to the pool itself, but in extreme cases to the individual. Additionally, the water needs to be “sanitized” so it is free from infectious and harmful organisms (such as viruses and bacteria), algae growth, and organic wastes – be that from swimmers or the environment.
