Our Return & Exchange Policy

We are confident in offering a 100% guarantee against flaws or poor craftsmanship. If you aren’t blissfully happy with your BC Home Leisure product, we will be glad to either exchange or refund the item (conditions apply). Your satisfaction is our highest priority.

Returns by Mail

Returns will be accepted FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY for items returned in their original packaged condition and with proof of receipt within 14 days of receiving the package. Items must be shipped back to Head Office for a return. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Returns will NOT be processed in the stores.

  • Include a copy of your invoice and circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return.
  • Pack and seal your return securely and include the completed invoice.
  • Ship back to us using the method/carrier of your choice (you will need to pay shipping to us and we will pay to reship the exchange to you).

Exchanges

BC Home Leisure will exchange any items (except the restricted items) as long as they have been unopened with the seals intact and copy of original receipt within 30 days of receiving the package.
