SwimFit Aquatic Circuit Training
Our SwimFit series is optimized for Aquatic Circuit Training – a fast-paced set of exercises in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 3 minutes and then move on to the next exercise. You begin at a station (a place in the swim spa where a specific exercise is done), and when you complete it, you move to the next station and complete the next exercise. We have developed circuits that alternate between aerobic activity – like stepping or stationary jogging – with strength building exercises using resistance bands.
